Taxes are not included in the price. When buying from outside the Canary Islands taxes will be not included and depending on the country of destination you might have to pay your country taxes. When shipping inside the Canary Islands or when choosing the pick up option the products are exempt from tax.

Delivery times will be shown at checkout but can be delayed by customs in the country of destination. If your order still hasn't arrived a week later than expected, let us know.
