Taxes are not included in the price. When buying from outside the Canary Islands taxes will be not included and depending on the country of destination you might have to pay your country taxes. When shipping inside the Canary Islands or when choosing the pick up option the products are exempt from tax.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are calculated based on weight. For Europe and the UK, we apply a flat shipping rate of €12 per order.

Minimum order value
The minimum order value is €20.
This allows us to offer fair shipping rates and an efficient delivery service.
Pick-up orders are not subject to a minimum order value.

Delivery times will be shown at checkout but can be delayed by customs in the country of destination. If your order still hasn't arrived a week later than expected, let us know.  As a general guideline, orders shipped within Europe usually take around 2 weeks to arrive. International shipments typically take approximately 3 weeks, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

Please note that orders placed in December and during the first two weeks of January may experience longer delivery times due to the increased workload of customs authorities in different countries during this period
